Questions & answers

Why do the lists disagree?

Because the columns measure different things. A tool with a generous free plan may have a thin feature set, and the oldest tools tend to have the weakest free plans.

Is there a use case where ReSlug is not in the top five?

Longevity. It launched in 2026, so it is outside the top five by track record and is listed there only in the overall total.

Where are the head-to-head comparisons?

On the hub: besturlshorteners.com/compare has ten pairings with every limit side by side.
